- I%1,T, margarine
- I%1, c, milk
- I%2, T, flour
- I%1/4, tsp, salt
- I%1/4, tsp, garlic salt
- I%1/8, tsp, black pepper
- I%1/8, tsp, thyme
- I%1, pinch, oregano
- I%1/4, c, green onion, chopped
- I%1/4, tsp, paprika

- R% Put the halbut steaks in a small baking dish and dot with
- R%margarine.
- R% Blend the milk and flour thoroughly (I like to use a shaker).
- R% Pour the milk and flour mixture into a saucepan and cook over
- R%medium heat until the sauce thickens and bubbles. Stir constantly.
- R%Cook and continue stirring for one minute more.
- R% Add in the salt, garlic salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and green
- R%onion. Stir.
- R% Pour the sauce over the steaks and sprinkle with paprika.
- R% Bake uncovered for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
